I am just in the midst of trying the free trial cloud service
It’s my first time trying to log in
I am using the link emailed to me that takes me to my cloud server
I get brought to a screen that says; “Login” and I am being asked for my User Name and I have no idea what my User Name is. I have tried my email, my domain name…and I can’t get passed this screen.
I have done a couple of searches on this forum and I can’t seem to find a post about this problem. I am certain it’s a user error and I suspect that the answer is embarrassingly simple and obvious…but I can’t figure it out
Any guidance would be appreciated, thanks
