Do you use the SMTP protocol in your Email Settings? If so, please review your Email configuration under Settings > Email Settings. Re-enter your password and test the settings again using the Test email settings button. Ensure the test result is passed. If necessary, consider checking the option Do not verify TLS certificate. In certain instances, such as my experience with the SMTP protocol, this TLS certificate consistently causes email delivery failures. If it still doesn’t work, try using the HTTP protocol.
