Do you use the SMTP protocol in your Email Settings? If so, please review your Email configuration under Settings > Email Settings. Re-enter your password and test the settings again using the Test email settings button. Ensure the test result is passed. If necessary, consider checking the option Do not verify TLS certificate. In certain instances, such as my experience with the SMTP protocol, this TLS certificate consistently causes email delivery failures. If it still doesn’t work, try using the HTTP protocol. Could you provide the Manager Edition and Version you are currently using? If you have already set the HTTP Server from manager but it still hasn’t worked, it seems this issue should be addressed to @lubos. However, the error 535 typically is related to an SMTP authentication error in normal circumstances. But you are already using the HTTP protocol, correct? I can’t reproduce your issue on my end.
