Email Invoice format Error

Hi,
i am from Saudi Arabia

when i tried to send email of an invoice, recepient received email with log and bar code.
will yo help to rectify the issue.

We need more information to try to troubleshoot and reproduce the issue:

  1. Version and Edition of Manager
  2. Screenshots of: a sample email output as well as the View screen of the invoice
  3. Whether you are using a Custom Theme or a Footer?
  1. Manager version 25.4.3.2227
  2. all emails received without logo and foot.(refer to below)
  3. we are using standard format

As far as the tail of the invoice, this is normal since the invoice is in html format which ends where the content ends

As far as the logo, what is the format for your logo (i.e. jpg, png, svg, bmp) and is it larger than 250×250 px?

pls note that when we are sending invoice/SOA via direct ‘email’ option to anyone, they are receiving email with a attachment as a pdf file but content are are not fomatted, QR code is missing and logo is missing as well.

i have attached email format which received and copy of attachment for ur review as well

if u can share email id so that i can forward the email received with document error as this chat box does not allow to upload any pdf

If the QR code is missing on standard format then this should be looked into.
