Hi, we are unable to email any invoices today from our cloud-based Manager file and get the following error message immediately after hitting send.

Similar here. No idea how to fix. Changing the settings for email isn’t making any difference, just different kinds of errors.
We cannot sent out from Manager today. We get the same result from two locations. Screenshot of what appears on the screen attached. Can you help?

Can’t send any emails today. Getting errors. Just tested connection and seeing error also.

I’m getting pretty annoyed right about now. There has been no information provided about whether anyone in the technical area even knows there is a problem. I’d like to know that someoen is working on a fix. We don’t get paid if we don’t send invoices out and it’s been 2 days now. 2 actual full days!
You can try using the SMTP protocol until the email.manager.io issue is resolved.
I did that. It doesn’t work either. It would be really nice if someone from manager communicated.
@lubos This one is costing people money and cash-flow if they can’t send invoices. Can we please escalate the priority/severity of this bug.

Did you see what happened to fix the issue? I still can’t send emails, though now my error message has changed to "Content-Disposition header in FormData part is missing a name."
Our emails are going out ok now. I was able to send an invoice to myself. It went out without the error message popping up and arrived in my inbox. I don’t know how they did it. That’s definitely out of my area of expertise.
