Email does not work

I have my gmail email address in the email settings. When I try and email the balance sheet I get the message “Unable to connect to remote server”. What should I do, please?

This is not enough information to give you an answer. Manager edition? Manager version? Operating system? And have you searched the forum for this problem? Actually, you need to enable your POP, IMAP from Google Settings.
