Email Attachments

Good day. I just completed my setup for email on the HTTP Protocol. I have done the test email and it works, the only issue is for example, when I want to email the Purchase Order with the attachment (actual quotation), only the purchase order go through on email without the attachement, even if I ticked it to be sent. How do we resolve this issue as I need the attachments to be sent with the Purchase Orders, Invoices, Payments etc.

Can you show screenshot of the screen which sends the email of with purchase order?

I tested it again, still only send the Purchase Order or Purchase Invoice, does not send the attachment.

I tested it on a Purchase Invoice with an attachment. The email was sent successfully without any issues.

Can you please show me how to do a manual update? Im on the cloud servers, never had to update it myself

I have just tested it again…still not working

You are using the Cloud Edition, which always automatically updates to the latest version. Make sure the attachment is linked in the invoice view, like this:

And ensure that you checkmark all attachments before sending them.

MAY YOU PLEASE ADVISE. All my attachments are linked, please let me know if they are linked incorrectly.

Unfortunately it became a massive problem and the lack of response if starting to leave a sour taste.
