Sorry Eko - but the issue remains why do Income & Expense transactions show that are NOT part of a division ?

The screenshot you show for the Profit and Loss report is not by Division! Look at your Edit Screen of the Report, you must select the Division and you will see the Division Name as the Column Heading! See below:

Just realized that the Profit & Loss did not have the division selected in this test data file !!
Now all good. Thank you so much.
Now I have to go to the: “real data file” and see what is wrong with it.
In that one I know I did select division in the Profit & Loss report.
