Clients now cant see the full document, they have a very small window which they need to scroll. Could you please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
It happens with any Custom Theme, including the default Manager.io custom theme. Thanks @lubos appreciate your work!
Sorry to be a pain but all out clients are using Customer Portals for their repairs booked in with us and we had more than a dozen phone calls today saying its not working. Could we fix this as soon as possible. Thank heaps! ![]()
From what I can see, the small scrollable “letterbox” black window (containing the white document with the information) only appears when a custom theme is enabled/selected on a sales order, invoice, quote, etc.
This happens even if the theme is simply the default theme copied and saved as a custom theme, with no modifications at all.
-
Custom theme enabled (checked) → document displays inside a small scrollable box
-
Custom theme disabled (unchecked) → document displays correctly, full height, on the black background
This confirms the issue is not caused by the HTML/CSS inside the theme. It only occurs when the “custom theme” option is active, regardless of the theme’s contents.
I’m using the Cloud edition, and this affects our clients who rely on the customer portal to view real-time updates. We depend on custom themes to format documents correctly and hide internal information, so at the moment we’re unable to present documents properly to customers as the document becomes unreadable inside the small frame using custom themes.
Hope this helps with identifying and resolving the issue.
Thanks @lubos
Someone please respond and let me know if there is a fix, or even an acknowledgement that you’re working on it. Thanks.
Hello @Arthur_Szilagyi,
Apologies for the late reply.
There was a bug report a couple of months ago for this exact issue that has been resolved since.
Please update to the latest version and you should be good to go.
