Customer Portat and Totals

1- I have a problem with customer portal, that customer cant see the invoice details when pressing view

2- When we create quote or invoice, the total amount show in qty column with Currency unit

There’s already a bug report on this, and there are temporary solutions to work around this.

Batch View and Portal View not working

I can’t reporoduce this issue on Cloud Edition, Version 25.7.6.2475.

Please provide additional information:

  1. Edition of Manager
  2. Version of Manager
  3. Are you using a Custom Theme or Theme Enhancer?

from where i can get this info ?

no custom theme is used

That would be either Desktop, Cloud, or Server

That will be the number seen at the bottom center of your Manager screen.

Are you using the Desktop, Server or Cloud edition ?

The version number is shown at the bottom of each screen
