Discount structure

I would like to ask if there is possibility to create a set discount structure for the sale Items
I have a 3 level discounts from Retail

1. Retailer - 20%
2. Agent - 30%
3. Distributor - 38%
   I’'m selling to to all the levels with different discounts
   My question is if there is possibility to set up client account to a specific discount structure in Manager
