Description not shown in Expenses View

There is problem in viewing Expense Claim in my Manager.

When there is only ONE line (item), the Description column in View is empty. [refer to the 2nd photo]

When there is multiple line (items), there are 2 Description which a General Description (which will shown in Expenses Claim list), and a individual description at each line. By default, each line’s description will copy the General Description (I assumed that shadow font is copy/ follow General Description) as shown in the following picture. However, when go to View, the default line which i did not insert description manually will shown empty.

My version is 16.1.43
