Deleting "This Invoice is computer generated, no signature needed"

Hi,

I am a new user of Manager Desktop, when I try to create sales invoice using Plain Theme, there is a QR Code generated and there is a statement in Indonesian which is said “This is computer generated invoice, no signature needed”. How to delete this statement and this QR code? Because we still need to put signature and seal on our invoices?

If you go to Business Details and unselect country, this will deactivate country-specific features which for Indonesia is really just that QR code at this time.

Can you shed some light on the QR code? Is this essential to be shown on Indonesian invoices?

Is it not essential yet, in fact for B2B business as far as I know I never see company issuing invoice with QR Code, many of them use invoice that is sealed and is given signature and company’s stamp.

For tax invoice, yes, the government here printed their tax invoice with QR code, but for company’s invoice, no QR code used. I never knew how to use that QR code, will the QR code be able to link to bank for payment or what?

But I think it’s a welcome addition, to be able to generate QR code is good, but it will be better if we can have option to display/not displaying the statement “This invoice is computer generated, no signature needed”

@lubos Maybe for Indonesia Localization, you can remove it. I think some of the users might need it. But, we can just use an extension for that. Some of the companies in Indonesia still need a signature or company stamp, as @iman said.

@lubos Can you remove this QR Code things ?

Before the developer removes it, you can unselect the country choice in the Business Detail Setting. Just choose automatic for the country choice.
