At the top entry date is 05-02-15 meand 5th February, 2015. But when I want to edit this data, I found a problem. See the 2nd picture (entry screen). Date is showing 5th March, 2015. Why it happens?
This might be a bug. What country do you have set under Preferences tab at the top?
What if you change your country to something else such as United Kingdom or similar. Do you get the same issue?
I am from Bangladesh. I have tried about 20 countries. No change.
