When i importing starting balances i used to import inventory items after i created names from inventory tab, but i failed to create ba
tch inventory item entries in starting balance tab, and the system does not recognize data specially item name weather i use keys or ItemNames

That’s because the column name is wrong.
Instead of InventoryItem, you should use Key for your first column.
That’s because the default behavior of Batch Update is to replace the entire record with the new information updated.
So if a field has been left out during a Batch Update, it gets ommitted.
This is by design because this will allow users to clear the value of fields in bulk.
You can start fixing this by going to any of the Inventory Items involved, View and click on the record History button at the bottom right of the view screen.
From there you can view individual history records and find out where the mistake took place. From there you can simply Undo the entire batch.
After undoing, go back to your Inventory Items > Batch Update and this time don’t delete any of the columns during the update.
