I just started using Manager.io in my Desktop from 1st January. Since it is a Charity, all my Donors’ names are listed under Customer. Today I wanted to know how much each Customer (Donor) contributed in these 3 months. Strangely the Report of Customer Statement is all blank. Not a single customer name came on that. Any solution? Thanks!
Please Set Period
Customer Transactions report only includes Sales Invoices and Credit Notes
You will need to use Advance reports to get the information you want

I duly Set the Period. Even then it is blank.
My Customers are Donors for whom I do not raise any Invoice and I take the donation directly in Receipts. That’s why, as informed by Mr Joe91, it does not show the transactions.

In Receipts Tab click on Advanced queries. Complete as in example (note the dates section!)
Click the Green button, it reads now Update but when first doing it it will say create. You then get a screen as follows:
Click on the print button and it will give you a report view screen like normal with the data.
