Customers statement for one of our businesses is empty. The number of pages for each customer is indicated but the field is blank. The other businesses are ok-

Customer summary report ok and Customer transaction overview ok. From Customer transaction overview, selecting an individual customer, the page turns out blank.
It’s also possible that when you set a date range and then start seeing the statement and when you reach that customer, they have no transactions in that date range.
The dates we have checked. Customers have transaction every month. When we go to Customers statement (transactions) the statement is blank. From the menu “Customer” we can see the transactions but report “Customer transactions” is empty.
I am unable to reproduce this blank report. Cloud Version works fine here.
We run the cloud version. We have 5 different businesses handled in Manager. This issue is only related to 1 of the 5 businesses. We became aware of the issue this morning.
I assume there is still no solution to this issue?
Can not say any thing further, because i am unable to regenerate this issue at my hand, .
