Customer Statements Report Custome Date is not Showing

In Customer Transactions, we use to generate reports date to date. But now the custom date is not shown there. when we selected today then it affects on reports but for the custom date, we are unable to select as it is not showing.
Any Help will be highly appreciated.

What version are you using?

Make sure to upgrade to the latest version. This bug has been already fixed.

I am using cloud version. 21.3.44

The latest version is 21.3.47 - maybe a restart will fix it.

Otherwise, please show a screen copy of the edit screens for the report

If it is Windows, have you installed webview2 runtime?

No Idea about that. I will install if its needed. but we are using at a time 12 to 15 pcs for this system. from today we are facing this issue. before that we never see such problem. and let you know that 12 to 15 pcs are not using the same operating system. some using window 8 and some window 7.

You could install it on one of the PCs and see if that resolves the issue before planning a roll-out to the other 11 - 14

the file is large al most 5GB. It will take a while to download the file from cloud.
Not a good idea.

Don’t know where you got 5GB that from - the 64-bit Windows 10 seems to be 88,527 KB

sorry for inconvince but i was thinking you are telling me to download the backup file from manager to desktop version and try it
I already install on my this pc the webviwer but still the problem is same. also restart my pc. but in vane.

Thank you so much for replying. the problem is sorted. For sure it was an update issue. I came this morning and the custom date is now showing.
