Not all payments are appearing on a Customer Statement. As you can see, the payments were recorded however they are not appearing on the customer statement
Sorry, I cant read the details in the first screen image - in any case you need to show the edit screen of a payment that you think should be on the statement and isn’t
Hi Joe, I would like to close this matter. I have worked out the cause and resolved it.
It would be helpful to post the cause here, without any proprietary data, as it might help other users who have a similar problem
Apologies for the delay. The reason for the issue was due to the time period I selected. I hadn’t included the time period and therefore it didn’t appear.
