Customer field options

I am using the desktop version and it seems the customer setup fields are limited. The online instructions show many fields, as well as custom fields, but I cannot find out how they can show up in the desktop app. There is instructions to add fields that will show in the customer files, but when I create a field, still no show.

Okay, so I figured out how to make the fields work.

Now, I need to figure out if you can do monthly invoice memorization so that invoices automatically generate each month.
