I am trying to extract Customer contact listing report from manager 21.3.75. How do i get it?
First of all, I would advise you to update as you are about 200 versions behind.
Secondly, what do you mean by “Customer contact” - there is no field in mManager called Customer Contact
Thank you for your response. I have since upgraded to 21.5.35. A customer contact Listing/Report is a report showing your customers details e.g. Name of customer, address, telephone number, email address and any other useful information.
Try this for basic details that you can see on the list view:
- Open the Customers tab
- Scroll to the bottom and click the Copy to clipboard button
- Open Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (or a similar tool) and paste with Ctrl+V / Cmd+V
Alternatively, this includes the address and other details:
- Open the Customers tab
- Scroll to the bottom and click the Batch Update button
- Click the Copy to clipboard button on that page instead
- Open Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (or a similar tool) and paste with Ctrl+V / Cmd+V
- Exit out of the batch update process by just clicking on the ‘Customers’ tab again

Custom report definition to extract customer details.
It is important to have the date parameters starting at or before your Start date and ending at today’s date, as the information is taken from the General Ledger

This will only list customers who have purchased something from the business during the period of the report
Exactly, that is why I gave the information about the date parameters, which will include all customers that have at least one transaction, which will most likely be all of them.
