Custom title on Expense Claim forms

Would it be possible to have a custom title option for Expense Claim form?

I hope custom tile is extended to every form. Recently there was a difference between ours and supplier balance. So i had to create a Purchase invoice equal to that difference to match suppliers books. But there was no option to edit the title of that transaction. Even if it is an internal document still the title reflects on Statement so its easy to understand nature of every transaction.
Same for Inventory write offs if someone want to change it for internal consumption.
There are many scenarios where it could be needed for any form.
