Custom theme selection does not work for receipts in Bank Transactions

When receiving money in the Bank Transactions tab, the selection of a custom theme does not work. Nor do themes selected for previously entered bank receipts display. All receipts show in the Plain theme. This problem does not exist under the Cash Transactions tab.

When a custom theme has been selected as a form default for a receipt in Bank Transactions, the entry screen shows the theme selection properly, but the resulting receipt, after being created, always uses the Plain theme.
