I would like to modify the billing template to differentiate myself from other companies that also use Manager.io. I edit the liquid code, and in the theme preview, I see it correctly. However, when I go to create an invoice, the template remains the default one. How is this possible?
You probably did not select the custom theme when creating the invoice. Show a screenshot of the Edit screen.
Under custom title, tick the custom theme and select the theme (template) you edited and update the receipt/invoice.
To make your edited theme (template) be use by default in all your created receipt/invoices, kindly click on receipt tab and scroll down to the bottom where you see form default Click on it and receipt tab will open, scroll down and tick custom theme and select your edited theme (Template) and update. Repeat the same process if you want to have the edited theme (template) as your sales invoice review.
