Custom Reports - Detail Inventory Along with Supplier

Good Day
Hi @Tut I am Using Server Addition of Manager.io, and Its Paid Version. I would like to know the
SQL Query where I can Get Information about Inventory Items we Purchase in a month along with its Suppliers Along with Price and Qty
Your Response will be highly Appreciated.

What did your try at custom report do.
Please post a screenshot of your custom report definition.

I am Not Able to Access Inventory Data Using SQL Query, Where other Custom Reports are Visible
e.g.
SELECT FROM PurchaseInvoices SUM(TotalAmount) AS “Total Purchases” Where IssueDate>= DateTime(2021,1,1) AND IssueDate <= DateTime(2021,1,31) ORDER BY IssueDate

Its Working
But For Inventory i am not Able to Fetch Any data using SQL

You are years and years behind the current version. This kind of Custom Report is not supported anymore.

So how can we Upgrade the Existing Version of Manager for Server Addition

  • Backup your data file
  • Then see Installation | Manager
  • However given how far behind you are I suggest first installing the desktop version, restore your businesses to that and check functionality first see Download | Manager

Note the desktop version is free. The server version requires a paid licence however the price is discounted if you have purchased the server version in the past
