Hello,

Can you give more detail as to what you mean?
Also “Custom Reports” are on the way out, @lubos is replacing them with “Advanced Queries”.
Round Decimals is currently an option for Balance Sheets, Incomes Statements, etc (a checkbox).
e.g. “911.50” is rounded to “912” to simply reading and keep things clean.
However it is not an option for custom reports.
Regarding custom reports being “on the way out”, this is absolutely backwards. Custom reports are a powerful way to generate CLEAN and organized documents that serve strategic, administrative and tax purposes. It is one of the most valuable features in Manager. Being able to have reports that are generated in the same style as Financial Statements etc is wonderful, and then adding titles, descriptions, ordering columns, etc etc. They really are extremely customizable.
Advanced queries are just that - QUERIES, searches… they are not made to easily export, name, describe, and reorder, label, format columns etc.
@lubos, if you may, what’s the thinking here?
It seems you did not try to create and advanced query. You can first sort and filter then the AQ allows you similar to the Custom reports to group, select, and put conditions. There is also now the possibility to look at all Summary screen transactions (link below the Summary Screen) that once opened let you do an Advanced Query on those!
I would recommend trying them out be it from the functional tabs such as Invoices, Suppliers and others. The resulting view screens of the query are similar to the view screens of Custom reports.
I did in fact try them out. They are critically limited. Just a few examples:
All in all, they are not very custom. They are not reports, even if they can be “printed” similarly to a report. They are queries, presented (and limited) by the standard manager interface for displaying transactions.
