Custom report for All Inventory item

i can create custom report for All inventory item show with Item , Description , Sales Price, Purchase Price , Qty

but i have show twice record
if i can group then also show wrong

if i can use group then show this

Try adding another filter line like this:

An easier approach would be to copy the Inventory Items tab listing, paste into a spreadsheet and delete unwanted columns.

This is not good solution for spread sheet
Please provide proper solution

There isn’t one

You have to understand that what you are doing is selecting all transactions where the inventory item is used, so because accounting is double-entry, for every transaction there is a debit transaction and a credit transaction - hence the double listing.

The simplest way is to do what Tut suggested.

Also, the Sales and Purchase price are not the prices used in your transactions but the Sales and Purchase listed in your Inventory Items. This further reinforces the idea that what you want is a list of the Inventory Items and the best way to get this is to copy them from the Inventory Tab to Excel.

Your current list only lists items that have being used in a transaction so there may be items missing from the list
