Custom Receipts

Hi,
How do I apply a receipt to a paid invoice. Paid invoices show paid in full and the balance of $0 but they do not show the date paid. How can I make a receipt to send to customers on receipt of payment separate to the paid invoice.

This still didn’t work but I hadn’t updated my manager software in a while. Once I updated it came up with these new options.
