Are the custom fields placed on sales invoices? Post a screen shot of the Edit screen for the custom field.

And have you put anything into the custom field?

You need to show the edit screens as requested

Also showing partial screens does not help as some important information may be missing

You are using new custom fields, and they are not exposed to reports. So, you have to wait for that to happen. For now, only classic custom fields can be selected in reports.
