Custom field for depreciation entry

We need custom field for Depreciation Entry. (Especially, Notes and attachments)

Notes can be entered in the Description field. (Although this field displays on the entry screen as a single line, it will accept large amounts of text. Attachments are already available.

This is the same behavior as you find everywhere in the program for attachments.
