Custom control account option not visible

Hi there,
I am new to this forum and, as someone that has dealt with various accounting packages, I need to mention that your software is hands down the best freeware out there. Job well done.

I recently tried to create custom control accounts for my transport business as per the guide. However the option of linking an account to a custom control account is not visible (see snapshot below taken from the online guide)

Instead my screen looks as follows:

What am I doing wrong?

control account is only for Balance Sheet Item
now you are looking for control account under P&L item

@San_Thida_Myo_Latt was only partially correct, @ShawnHart.

You are also showing a Group rather than an Account.
