Hello all,
Control account option is not appearing under settings tab. Can someone help me to locate/enable any option to get control account appear.
What tabs have you added via “Customize” (below the settings tab)
Panels in settings → control accounts are only shown for tabs you have enabled
Also what version of manager are you using, as this feature was only recently added.
control accounts were added to Settings only in version 20.2.74
please update your Manager version.
kindly note that the guides and discussions on the forum are related to the most recent version of Manager. so unless you update your Manager program none of the guides or discussions on the forum would make sense.
