About Control Accounts

I cannot view Control Accounts from Setting Menu. Kindly help thanks.

Have you customised your business to select what tabs you need?

if you are new to Manager, it is a good idea to read the Guides to familiarise yourself with the various features and options available

Thanks Joe91. I am new to manager but I have wide experience to other accounting software like dac easy among others. I am reading the guide but honestly in the illustrations in Setting Menu, Control Accounts is visible but in actual work I cannot find it. I created all tabs I need but sad to say Control Accounts is not working. Hope it will be solve asap. Thanks again.

Joe91 I managed it now thanks. You only need to enable special account and control accounts will be activated.

Not true - you have to enable at least one of the tabs that use control accounts but any one or more of the following tabs:-
Bank accounts
Cash accounts
Customers
Suppliers
Inventory items
Employees
Fixed assets
Fixed assets accumulated depreciation
Intangible assets
Intangible assets accumulated amortization
Capital accounts
Special accounts

Had you read the guide, Add custom control accounts this would have been clear.
It seems you are trying to use more advanced features of Manager without using the built-in standard ones
