Custom control accounts

Hi i am newbie to accounting and as i walk through the manager guides for custom control accounts to create a new one the guide shows a tutorial with this screenshot

but as i try to do the same in the software i could not find such kind of window to create a new custom control ac
i have screens like this

and this when i try to click new account!!!

Please help out !!!

Click on the Control account checkbox. The field below will appear.

The Tax Code field appears only after you have imported or created at least one tax code.
