I need custom back up. only 2023. How I get it. Anyone know about this.
Generic backup solutions not covered by this forum are appropriate. Manual backup can be done when you finish data entry for 2023.
What are you actually trying to achieve in Manager and why?
I start my new job in new company, former accountant maintain the record in manager software but he is not maintain proper record, I am unable to adjust the balance on this stage. I start the all entries in manager software from the January 01,2023 to till.
I need backup from only 01 Jan to till date.
The only way to do this is as follows:
Create a backup and uncheck history
Import that backup and give it another name
Delete all entries (bulk) that you do not want.

Manager is a continuous accounting system. You are not supposed to start again each year.
If you need to correct errors ignoring the old records and starting again may cause problems with your tax authorities. A justifiable journal entry is probably the conventional method.
