I want to split the Data from 1st Jan 2024. As Old data is just for my records. Basically I just want only the Data from 1st Jan 2024 along with the Chart of Accounts. Is there any way for it.
Not really
You could backup the business so that you have a record of the historic data
Print a copy of the closing balances as of 31/12/2023
Then you could delete all transactions dated 31/12/2023 nor earlier - you could use batch delete to do this
Then enter the opening balances of all the accounts - if you have accounts payables and receivables, you will have to enter the unpaid invoices
If you have inventory items, enter the balance and the average cost as of 31/12/2023

I have played around with the “Export” in the backup screen (only a little bit).
I assume it is a work in progress to do what you require. I have had some success with it in test businesses without inventory.
You may be able to use batch processes to refine the resulting file, I don’t know.

A new purge feature will make the process @Joe91 describes more efficient.
Export button is work in progress. Not yet announced feature but it will allow to create new business from existing business by copying only transactions after cut-off date and re-establishing starting balances.
