My entire problem is the lack of a QR code for customers who aren’t linked to Zakat and Income Tax.

If your company is not yet required to implement eInvoice Phase II, and you want your invoices to have a Phase I QR code, you need to use an Extension to generate the Phase I QR code.

Or use custom themes to generate/display QRCode Phase I

1. Go to Settings → Themes.
2. Click New Theme.
3. Enter a name and click Create.
4. Assign this custom theme to your invoice.
5. The QR Code will appear in your Invoice View.
