Credit Limit set but allows invoices above it

I have set credit limits on some customers and I can raise invoices that exceed the limit.
Is it possible to have a warning popup or similar to notify that it has been exceeded?

Using desktop version 17.3.11

That field was only ever meant to be informational. Every feature added to protect users from themselves adds to the software bloat.

I do think that some checks should be in place like this and it is not a huge programming exercise for a simple go/no go routine, but if its not to be then it is still a great package.

Obviously it could be done. But since the informational field was added, I can’t recall any comments on the topic until you just brought it up.

I agree, it would be good to have a pop up as it relates to the credit limit and would make sense having the feature as well
