Creating a New Business

I create a new Business for every Financial Year.
While Trying to Import a Backed up copy of the Previous Financial Year on the server version,
this is the message I receive
“It appears you are trying to open a file which has been already accessed by newer version of Manager. Upgrade to the latest version of Manager and try to open this file again.”

When I download , extract and run the newer version, Windows does not let me install the file.

Firstly, it is not necessary to create a new business for each financial year. Manager is a perpetual accounting system and all you need to do is to follow the guide Close an accounting period | Manager
