I have even downloaded the latest file from you website and am getting this error still.
It is not clear what you mean by latest file from website
Please say what operation system you are using?
What edition of Manager (Desktop, Server, Cloud)?
What version number did you have before ?
What version number have you installed?
Please be more specific in the steps you have taken - upgrading Manager does not affect your business files at all - they are updated when you open them, so it seems you must have opened the business file using a later version of Manager. It is not clear how you did that as you have not said exactly what you have done
Ok, I just moved the manager file to the Applications folder and now its working. thanks
