Is it possible to create group for a particula items eg beverage,cleaning,stationeries etc?
you can create inventory kits under settings.
When defining inventory items, the default account for cost allocation is Inventory - cost. You can, instead, assign costs to custom expense accounts:
Under Settings -=> Chart of Accounts, you can assign various expense accounts to Groups.
