Create Company based on Existing Company (without any transaction data)

Can I create a company with the same organisation structure, Bank, customers suppliers and Chart of accounts but no transaction data.

Or how can I remover all the transaction data from a copy of the existing Company.

I want to create a basic copy of my single user desktop Manager application that I can offer to similar clubs like mine and encourage them to use manager in whichever form they need.

create a backup of the existing business.
import this backup as a new business.
delete all the accounts created and transactions in all tabs.

If deleting all transactions - using 0 Bank Batch Del at the base of Bank/Cash accounts would speed things up.
