I want to start a new business with another name on my Manager platform and wish to use the same chart of accounts as my current business. How can I do it without using the backup option that will also import the old data associated with these accounts?
You can’t
But you could import the file and all the transactions, customers, suppliers, etc and then use Batch Delete to get rid of the unwanted transactions, etc

Look in the guides for batch create. You will be restricted to the fields Manager allows to import (create one contact and use batch update to know the fields. batch create adds a key column.
