Control whether Account column is shown on printed documents

@sgarri I agree. This is not well thought out. Ideally user should be able to control whether Account column is shown on printed documents or not.

In the current implementation, if Description column has content on every line, then Account column will be hidden.

@lubos yes, you are correct. Will this be something that could be rectified in a future update/version?
