Dear Manager Team,

I have cloud subscription from last 4 years and having one Main Company (CR) and 7 sub Companies (Seperate CR numbers and Same VAT registration for all).
As per the requirement of government we need to create one single trail balance for all companies and in your system each company is seperate…
Please kndly let us know there is a way to do single trail balance for multiple companies?

There is not a way to combine multiple businesses into 1 report.

Your options are:

  1. Create a single business and create divisions for each sub-business. See this guide for more detail.

Or:

  1. Use separate business files and consolidate reports manually.
