Consignment and Inventory reduction

Continuing the discussion from Consignment and assembling from inventory items:

• Multi-warehouse feature hasn’t been implemented yet so you can’t do that unless you create separate inventory items for consignment but that seems rather messy.

When i create a consignment invoice i nee my current inventory reduced given that the items are no longer in my stock.
Any updates on this issue?
