The company logo I’m using on the login screen doesn’t appear correct when viewing in dark mode, the logo is all gray. However, the logo appears correct in light mode.
Maybe this is a simple fix to have manager not alter or apply the dark effect on the logo when switching to dark mode.

Most likely your logo is transparent and shows correctly on a white background. However dark mode is providing a black background. To resolve your issue you need to upload to business in settings a logo with a solid background. If you use mostly darkmode upload with black background if mostly light mode use white background for the logo image. You can also keep transparancy but need to make sure that all elements of the logo have a solid background and no alpha ranges.
I removed all the alpha ranges from the logo and still the same outcome. I will try to recreate the logo and see what happens.

Quickest test / adjustment is to convert the logo to a non-transparent format, or place a solid background layer.
If removing the alpha ranges did not change the result, try to go with a solid background on the logo for a quick test.
