Column size when saving PDF

I was of understanding that the QTY column is auto sizing. I have put in 100 items and the last “0” has moved to a 2nd line - How do I fix this.

Are you using the latest update of Manager? I ask because where your quote has a column Ea, my version shows Qty.

Also when you create the PDF, are you using the PDF button in Manager, or printing to a pdf creator?

if the unit is same for all the items selected in an invoice, the unit name will be displayed as column heading instead of Qty.

are you using the plain template or did you customize the template in any way?
i am using version 17.7.63 and i cannot reproduce this issue with the plain template selected.

The software has never asked me to do an update nor does it have a “Check for latest version” - I have however downloaded the Mac OSX and run install and seems to be working now

the problem was only when I use PDF button in Manager. If i use the PDF via print, then it aligned with
no problem.

Manager does not show you if there are any updates. only major updates are announced on the forum with the changes.

Manager does not have a automatic update function. Major updates are announced in the forum. Minor updates and bug fixes are not announced. You can use the following link to see the latest update available:
