Dear all,
In the cloud edition, I have created 5 users and given only View & Create access to Sales Quote, Sales Invoice, Delivery Note and Credit Note options to those 5 users.
How do I stop them from using the “Receive Money” option from the invoice tabs as I don’t want them to be able to receive payments without first giving the cash to the admin and the admin then entering the cash entry into that payment.

Currently - by giving a very strict instruction on what your business policy is for receiving payments and if they disobey then . . . . . .

I wish I could when they disobey but sadly just managing the accounts
But yeah will do as you said for now, but would be good if we have Bank Transactions restricted for a user when they click receive and spend money, it just shows them, “You do not have access to Cash and Bank Transactions, Please Contact Your Administrator”, or something along those lines.
