Change "Issue date" into "Date"

Hello fellow Manager users. I’m new to this wonderful software and almost ready to go.
I’ve one minor thing I really would like to change. After hours of trying and searching myself I would like to ask you for help:
Because I don’t always know the delivery date when sending a sales quote to a client, the “Issue date” should be changed to “Date”.

This is exactly the point of calling it the issue date. Later, the quote might be copied to a sales order, needing a delivery date, which is a separate variable.
